Dear PM, I am not a fan. A better description would be ant-bhakt. I find myself reacting to every move you make with suspicion, always looking for the ulterior motive. Sadly, I usually find one. Like, for example, the upcoming UP elections.

But, here, I am going to stick my neck out. I'm going to tell you that I believe you REALLY do want to get rid of the black economy and that your current initiative was simply the result of poor advise given to you by that clown you call your FM.

You should really explain to him that the informal and black economy are two different things. The former is a critical and integral part of the economy, and your move has crippled it. But that's for a different time.

Your fans and bhakts hail your "masterstroke". You are the lohpurush. So, I'm going to give you some ideas which could give you a real opportunity to actually demonstrate that you have nuts of steel. If you really, really wish to show black money the white light of goodness, here are some things you could do (which would get you there WITHOUT causing misery to the under-classes and under-privileged) :

1) Create specific, strong and inflexible rules to drive political funding away from the darkness to the white zone.
2) Disclose BJP funding to the last decimal point on your website.
3) You have the Swiss Banks account holder list. Do something about it.
4) You have the Mossack Fonseca account holder list that Wikileaks put out. Do something about it.
5) There is a list of large NPA business groups. Let’s see the government going after them, auctioning their assets, throwing those who are criminals into jail. (We all know who they are, don't we now?)
6) Over the next 6 months, nail at least 5 corrupt bureaucrats and jail them
7) Clean up the ITO.
8) Clean up the Excise department. Modify the Excise (and other relevant laws) laws so the inspectors can’t hold the factory owners hostage.
9) Either lock down the liquor trade in Gujarat, or lift prohibition. You and I both know any and every kind of booze is available in A’bad. Remember that charity, and chastity, begins at home.
10) Work with the State Governments to raise circle rates for real estate all across the country. It’s the cleanest, simplest way to rid the No. 1 destination and source of black money of the malaise.

If you can’t show concrete progress on the above, with visible results in 12 months, come back on national television and apologise profusely, sincerely and completely to those you have caused infinite misery to with the demonetisation.

If you do, I promise that I won’t rail against your economic stance anymore. Oh yes, the nation will also be truly grateful.

Life is unjust as you think,when every passing day it gives another googly.
Most of us give up,quitting without making an effort but some times failing is also essential to know where are you falling down,a slumber is mandatory.
     In my 22 years of education,I haven't seen a word like 'Detained' in my results,but it was astounding to see something like that when my results were announced later this month.It was an attack on the adjudication of law itself when you see 'bribery' and blatant corrections in the stream of law itself.
Mumbai university is popularly know for it's best services since a century and half in the field of education but since two decades there has been continuous scams which rocks the university every year from a paan shopkeeper selling engineering degrees to a politician sons writing exams sitting at home.And most corrupt members in the university itself take bribe to change the results of the students who are failing.
I'm not a failure cos I wasn't at My best I failed because I stood against wrong before I got the degree of the Noblest profession.
University has targeted me,and nobody stood with me to support and file a case against Mumbai university.

Here in law school,I came for some serious education unlike literature cos, Advocacy is a noble profession,but things didn't work out for me,as I fell in love..
  "Literature is all about love,and law is all about discipline and I, mismatched both".(Haha) my girlfriend was my classmate to whom I never knew untill the first semester exams came,eventually she was my crush who I never exclaimed about my emotions in past days.It was last year 2015 November we came in a relationship during our exams and had the best days of our life.
It was Cafe coffee day, where our love was First displayed and it was the only place where we ended up after two months of eternal love.This, lovely coffee club house in Mumbai has luminous intensity and something very candid which makes love more pure adding to the Cappichino here is bliss.(Her favorite).
Here,the place where you can see me photographed is the heartthrob of Mumbai 'Marine drive' this is where we had witnessed nature's bounty together,the serenity of the sea gives alot of positive vibes and the rocks have holes which accumulates water and form it's shape.I said my bae "The rock is so gentle,the water is so soft yet it listens to her".It's the same way men should listen to their women's advise.(she Laugh's).
Coming back to story.
  Once,we were traveling to this place from all the way from our college,we had a laughter riot,cos we did the weirdest things in the travel which includes an OLA cab incident  bamboozling the driver to not to pay the exact amount,then finding cellphone's charging points nearby to marine drive which,was finally helped by security guard of the bank,Ah!that was a frantic search. Though,kissing in cabs and autos were the primary location of our romance,thats what,I said Mumbai city is faster than any other place.
We have great cinema halls here,once we went for an adult movie without our I'd card's,where we weren't permitted assuming to be underage (We,both look younger than our age).
Security said "Aaplog bache ho,andar nahi ja sakte "(You people can't step inside cos you aren't mature).
   Mumbaikars are way too naive and they treat everyone with same smile.Our relationship had witnessed all the good sight's of Mumbai city.
   During this tenure of our relationship,I've realised what true mark of maturity is.
It wasn't our breakup,but a sacrifice,which happend due to the patriarchal society we  live in.
On our breakup day, I gave her the best kiss of my life,kneeling down and giving away those bouquets to let her know it wasn't a lame ending but an eternal beginning.

JIO,what's inside?

HiAs, India's richest man launches a free phone service to connect people and uses the country's prime minister as a salesman to promote it, here are some dots that YOU may want to connect.

1) Have you heard the names Motilal Baghubhai Patel and Madhav Baghubhai Patel? I bet you haven't. Well, in the late eighties this father and son duo pulled out a scam that makes Telgi, coal, spectrum 3G, Bofors, Vyapam or anything before or after it look like loose change

2) The Patels founded Hamco Industries and Solo Industries in India and the Gulf and soon opened multiple offices offices in the Middle East, Hong Kong, Europe, India and the US before swindling over 1,000 billion pounds from nearly 45 banks around the world. Don't believe me? Google the names of any of the Patels and you will find shitloads of stuff on them. The losses of Indian banks alone alone are pegged at over Rs12,000 crores. The Patels are facing criminal charges in at least 10 countries in the world including India and there is an Interpol alert on their names

3) So what's all this to do with the Ambanis? Nothing except for a small detail. Scamster Madhav Patel and one of the world's most wanted fugitive is married to Nita who happens to be the daughter  of Dhirubhai Ambani's elder brother Ramnikbhai Ambani

4) So in effect, the man who swindled £1,000 billion pounds (that's a hell of a lot of money.. Even more in the Eighties) is married into the Ambani family.. In fact his real father in law was a director of Reliance, which was then just another big company in India and no match to the Tatas and Birlas.

5) Look at Reliance's meteoric rise. In the mid eighties they suddenly got so flush with money, they even went on to organize the 1987 Reliance World Cup.  Remember  Reliance's Vimal brand? Guess who is it was after. It's named after Madhav Patel's brother in law Vimal!

6) Madhav Patel was arrested in India in 2007 but there has been no word on him or the money. £1,000 billion pounds just doesn't disappear anywhere.  Any journalist looking for leads may contact me though I doubt any Indian media would dare to touch this even with a barge pole.
Deep complicity
The shocking revelations (see previous FB post) about the close family ties between India's richest man and one of the world's biggest scamster and most wanted criminal Madhav Patel has gone viral with nearly 500 shares since yesterday evening.  

Encouraged by the response, I am laying bare some more startling facts I unearthed after months of painstaking investigation and which no Indian media will dare to follow up. Here you go.

1) In 2011, Reliance Fund bought 1.7 million shares @ Rs 145 in an Ahmedabad based- company called Gujarat Apollo Industries which is listed on the NSE.

2) As it turns out, one of the top directors and shareholder in  Gujarat Apollo Industries is none other but the son of Madhav Patel,   the man who swindled a whopping one billion pounds from nearly 45 national and international bank during the Eighties and is wanted in India, US, UK, Brazil, UAE Hongkong and God alone knows how many other countries.

3) International thug Madhav Patel as explained in the previous post is the son-in-law of Dhirubhai Ambani's eldest brother Ramnikbhai Ambani who was also a director of Reliance.
Madhav  Patel is  married to Dhirubhai Ambani's daughter Nita Ambani,  (not to be confused with her namesake Mukesh Ambani's wife) who, curiously is the director of a string of companies. Many of these companies are in the same business (smelting, non ferrous metals) as the one used by her hubby as fronts (Hamco and Solo Industries) to pull of the biggest scam in the biggest maritime finance in history.

4). Now the question is why on good earth is Reliance investing in a company whose director is the son of the biggest and most wanted criminal in the world? Quid pro duo, eh?

5)Now,let us do more operation of this so called magic of ambanis.
The Jio cat is out. The truth about free calls, Why is Reliance Jio charging only for data and giving voice free ?

There is a technical explanation to it.

Jio has only 4G capability and no 3G or 2G. Other existing operators have all the three.

The existing operators transmit voice over 2G and 3G and 4G is used only for Internet data. But on the other hand Jio uses a technology called VoLTE where even the voice is transmitted as data packets over the 4G network.

Please note this is different from mobile data which is only for mobile internet. Technically this transmission of voice through 4G is called Packet switching. Means packet switching is different from Mobile data which is only for mobile internet. This is the reason why even if one switches off mobile data in a Jio connection, calls are placed.

If your phone is not VoLTE enabled you will be able to make Calls only if you download the Jio app.

While the Jio technology is superior and latest, a Jio user ends up using huge additional data for every voice call he makes.

Thus in Jio one uses data for voice and Internet.

So when you are on the Jio network be prepared to consume high amounts of data and this is precisely Jio's catch and that is why Jio charges for only data.
                                  Another piece of interesting information.

The whole country is excited listening to news about Reliance JIO and their 4G LTE data plans. But, before you dump your existing operator or connection for Reliance 4G LTE, you need to understand whether there is really any benefit. Lets talk about the Rs.499/- plan as most of us may prefer that.
Reliance Jio is giving 4GB of data on the Rs.499/- Plan. The Reliance JIO uses VoLTE (Voice over LTE) Network. VoLTE stands for Voice over LTE, by which you make voice calls over the data network. So that effectively means all the outgoing and incoming calls are going to consume data from that free 4GB. So, you may think how much data may get consumed for every call.

Let’s take WhatsApp call as a benchmark. For every WhatsApp call on 4G LTE, data consumption can be about 780 KB for a minute (various sites have reported it after thorough testing).  So, a user on a 4 GB monthly plan will have a total of 5,128 minutes or about 84 hours of WhatsApp calls. Now, replace the word WhatsApp with regular calls each month. Remember that this is for both incoming and outgoing calls. If you make or receive a call, the data meter starts ticking and you may be talking for hours thinking it is FREE but it’s not. Reliance says “Unlimited 4G at night” and you may again think that you can browse or talk for hours from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. But that’s not correct, the night as per Reliance is from 2:00 AM to 5:00 AM.

So what about regular operators? These operators (Airtel, Vodaphone, Idea etc) use 4G for data and 2G or 3G for voice calls. When you make or receive a call, it does not consume regular data. On the top of it, they have 4G speeds for your browsing or WhatsApp calling. The Grass always looks "Greener on the other side".

Arnab Goswami's contribution in building an anti-Muslim narrative in India cannot be understated. In the last several years, his News Hour programme has consistently created a perception of Muslims as a community of terrorist sympathisers who support a 'terrorist' like Ishrat Jahan but hate nationalist and patriotic officers like DG Vanzara and PP Pandey.
During panel discussions, he adopts every trick to muzzle the voice of neutral panelists who refuse to buy the official line on fake encounters or in cases where Muslims are wrongly implicated. He has been successful in building a very negative image of Muslims among the English-speaking urban middle class.
His news programmes are highly opinionated and content is editorialised. His panel discussions are carefully managed to ensure a pre-conceived outcome even if it is far from truth. Moreover, the News Hour topics, hashtags are carefully chosen to pre-judge stories, especially while handling Muslim issues.
I am convinced and I say this with full responsibility that Goswami has an agenda. I refuse to believe that he pursues this hyper-nationalistic line only to increase his TRPs or to impress his audience who are looking for this kind of news content.
Goswami's agenda, I sincerely believe, is to paint the entire community as disloyal citizens who pose a security threat to the nation -- a narrative that supports RSS' strategic goals, and helps the Nagpur based organisation in shaping opinion of urban middle class Indians, who are well educated and occupy positions of influence in government and private sector. This narrative helps RSS in infiltrating executive, judiciary and armed forces.
Till a few years ago, RSS was unable to influence this section of the society. Up to a certain extent, Arun Jaitley has been successful in articulating RSS viewpoint among the English speaking middle class. But his reach is limited, partly because he is an active politician and a minister, preventing him from expressing his views on controversial subjects. Goswami, however, suffers from no such handicap. His English is excellent, he addresses the 'nation' six days a week on prime time TV, wears a dark suit and he is the boss of a news channel -- all requisites to impress the middle class Indians who are wired to pay attention to someone who speaks good English.
It is well known that Goswami's family members are actively associated with the Sangh. His maternal uncle recently fought and won election in Assam on a BJP ticket. Some may argue that there's nothing wrong if a journalist has family members in politics. But Goswami has made no effort to hide the pro-Sangh and anti-Muslim bias of his channel's content. He has religiously pushed half truths and untruths about Muslims in the last several years, a dangerous practice with far reaching consequences for the society. I fear that image of Indian Muslims created by Goswami will be long lasting.
I wish to be a part of his show someday and let's make it haywire like I did with salman rushdie a year back on Twitter.

The problem of Truthfulness in public services.

Sub. :--  Urgent need to heed to the plight of Traffic Police whistleblower – Head Constable Mr Sunil B Toke of Goregaon Dindoshi Traffic Police Division who is on the verge of committing suicide due to harassment from superiors.

Dear Sirs,

          This is to bring to your notice that this Traffic Constable (Head Constable – Mr Sunil B Toke, Buckle No. 24004, presently posted at Goregaon Dindoshi Traffic Division, Cell No. 7738006363) is under severe stress and is on the verge of committing suicide.

          Since year 2014, Mr Toke has blown the whistle on the rot in his Traffic Police  Department from the junior level till the senior-most level of officers.  He has been constantly complaining about the exchange of money between law-violators and the traffic police, demands from senior officers to the junior officers as “cuts” from the bribes received and for retaining / transferring officers / constables within or outside a Department.  

          As per Mr Toke’s statement and complaint to his seniors, the corruption is perpetrated in the following manner :--

The Police Inspector of Dindoshi Traffic Police Department – Mr B G Shinde has three “cashiers” (euphemism for bribe collectors) - Head Constable Mr Dinkar Harale, Police Naik Mr Aralkar and Head Constable (In-charge) Mr Sunil Pawar.
These “cashiers” collect bribes from law-violators / favour seekers such as old and new vehicle showrooms, school buses, valet parking contractors, road repair contractors, water-supply tanker owners, mega exhibition centres (such as Goregaon exhibition centre), Malls, theatres, Hotels and Beer bars, private vehicle owners etc and the loot is passed on to the superiors after retaining a share from it.
Bribes are demanded by senior officers for transferring a junior employee to other suitable / lucrative department.

Mr Toke has audio-recordings of his colleagues and superiors which prove the nexus and exchange of corruption money and his complaints given to them. These have been mentioned by him to his superiors in writing on several occasions too. His written request to them to give him an appointment to explain this has either been turned down or not replied to at all.  His RTI applications seeking action taken report on his complaints and request for appointments have gone unanswered for months together.

Till date Mr Toke has complained to the following existing or past traffic police officers and Police Commissioners :--

Ex - Mumbai Police Commissioner – Mr Javed Ahmed ;
Present Mumbai Police Commissioner – Mr Dattatray Padsalgikar ;

Addl. Comm. Of Police (Traffic) – Mr Khalid Kaisar ;
D.C.P. (Traffic) – Mr Pratap Dighavkar ;
Retd. A.C.P. (Traffic) – Mr Tandelkar ;
A.C.P. (Traffic) – Mr Shashikant Talegaonkar ;
D.C.P. (Traffic) – Mr Namdeo Chavan ;
Police Inspector (Traffic) – Mr B G Shinde ;
Director General of Police – Mr Pravin Dixit ;
Ex - Chief Secretary ;
Chief Minister – Mr Devendra Fadnavis.

Due to apathy of his superiors and other higher authorities, Mr Toke and his family members are under tremendous physical and mental stress.  He has been isolated by his colleagues and superiors in the Traffic Police Department and is facing a virtual boycott.  No one speaks to him nor socialize with him. When other colleagues have lunch together on duty, he has to sit separately in a corner and have his meal.  As a result he is suffering from high blood pressure, diabetes and heart problem (he has had a stent placed too during a  heart operation in the past).

        

Such isolation and vindictive action by his colleagues and superiors has pushed him to a corner and he is now contemplating committing suicide.

        

For a moment if we consider that senior officers and higher authorities are non-corrupt and have clean hands, then what prevents them from initiating an inquiry into the allegations and evidence provided by Mr Toke ?   A namesake inquiry initiated earlier by his seniors (being investigated by ACP – Mr Arvind Sawant of Crime Branch) is dragging on and on since months together  without any report / conclusion.

          Haven’t these officers taken the oath of upholding the law without fear or favour ? Then why should such honest and upright Police officers like Mr Sunil B Toke have to face hardships, frustration and physical and mental agony pushing them to the brink of suicide ?

          We urge you all to immediately look into the allegations leveled by Mr Toke against his colleagues and seniors and ensure that the culprits are brought to book at the earliest.

          We hope you would take this matter very seriously before another officer loses his life thanks to apathy of his seniors and higher authorities to corruption in the Traffic Police Department.

The lies weren't the issues,separation wasn't the stress.The only thing hurts inside my chest is that she became a hoe.generation in the modern era have forgot the essence of true love,you see platonic lovers never give up even though you are enforced to break your ties,they will live with the love cos it's pure and irresistible, the only realm of my life is now to know what actually the young lovers need is it the fleshy body which one day will be mixed with the earth dust or the soul which travels the seven heavens.Haha kinda kiddish,but yeah maybe our directions are wrongfully drawn and we make others as our passive victims.
